Delivery Information
All pieces are shipped using USPS First Class Ground Shipping. Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number. Orders placed for products in stock will be shipped within 3 days. Custom pieces will be shipped upon completion.
Return & Refund Policy
Unfortunately, I am unable to process returns or exchanges on any custom pieces. If there are any issues with the piece, please contact me using information listed below. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
